Analyst forms internal tasting teams for quality control purposes in accordance with ISO standards. Tasting teams at a plant include a panel of tasters screened and located from among a plant's employees (relative screening on the basis of sensory-psychological sensitivity) through whom malfunctions can be spotted during product manufacture throughout products' shelf life and when raw materials or manufacturing conditions are changed. To ensure the effective functioning of the tasting team, Analyst screens the panel and advises and instructs the team leader.
